NJ DDD & Medicaid Navigator is not a HIPAA-covered entity and is not equipped to receive or protect sensitive health information. All contact with NJ DDD & Medicaid Navigator should be limited to general questions about services and needs.
If you are already receiving services through the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities or a Medicaid waiver program, contact your assigned Support Coordinator for case-specific questions. NJ DDD & Medicaid Navigator cannot access your case file, budget, plan, or official decisions and cannot provide answers that apply to your individual situation.
